Hotel Issue...everyone Please Read!!!!

Ok, first let me say there is no problem if you are reserved for the Red Roof Inn.

However, if you are reserved for Microtel, you need to call there immediately and be sure you have your rooms for both Friday and Saturday. 330-758-1816

I just called to check on our rooms and was informed I only had one room reserved in my name (I was supposed to have 3 rooms, which I did get worked out). However, she told me that all of the rooms that were blocked for our group (Cat Jam) weren't reserved, which means anyone who reserved a room may not have one now.

Please call ASAP and check on your room, and reserve one if needed. She has several single Queen rooms available. Also, the rate is supposed to be $54.95 per night, they will tell you it is 59.95 per night, tell them what the rate was supposed to be, and they will correct it when you check in.

I will take care of the issues when I arrive and make sure everyone gets the rates we were quoted.

Needless to say I am not a happy camper right now.

yea we just got here and she said that the rooms were canceld but i landed a single from now till sat at 59.00 a night i asked about the price i was quted and she said it was wrong so if you can correct it that will be great i also paid up front with cash $240.00 check out on sun

Yes, I'll get it all straightened out when I get there. I am really sorry about the problem, but I promise I will take care of it.

Just let me know what name you checked in under, and if you had reservations for your room prior to June 27th (that was how long they were holding our block of rooms for us).
