The pictures dont show the custom touches, but it is raining now and I cant get a good pic. These pics of it stock will tide you's over. This car is in amazing shape, I actually feel bad taking it from him for the price I paid for it. You could tell he didn't want to sell it. But his wife was making him :( Time to start fixing it up! It has a working Traction loc too. Quote Selected

She's home! (updated Pics.. Pg4) Reply #3 – July 14, 2007, 06:01:30 PM That's in great shape! Dangit, now seeing yours has me gitty about mine again. Wish I could drive it to work tomorrow. :(Have fun keeping those white turbines clean. Mine used to look that good after I refinished them but I've let them go a bit. I suggest hosing them off after every trip. Oh and a screwdriver wrapped in a rag works very well around each of those nubs. Quote Selected

She's home! (updated Pics.. Pg4) Reply #6 – July 14, 2007, 07:47:43 PM thanks for the comments guys. I am still shocked at the shape this thing is in. It is by far the best condition car I have ever had. I love it already, and I have never really like this style cougar. As for keeping the front rims clean of brake dust... It is a none issue;) It has dust shields behind the rims.:DHere are a couple of quick pics on what I did today as soon as I got home with it.Quickly cleaned the inner fenders in the engine bay as they were covered in under coating:before:After:And added a Ford Motorsport decal, and 5.0L Badges: Quote Selected

She's home! (updated Pics.. Pg4) Reply #10 – July 14, 2007, 09:41:04 PM they might look good on the underside of the hood an trunk.Problem being, insulation, trunk liner, cross frame supports. Cut it all out! Quote Selected

She's home! (updated Pics.. Pg4) Reply #13 – July 15, 2007, 02:08:08 AM I was hoping since it was an XR7, you would keep it in original condition. Yes, no, just curious.Car is absolutely gorgeous. I really think white is one of the best colors for the 87-88's. Quote Selected
She's home! (updated Pics.. Pg4) Reply #14 – July 15, 2007, 07:58:51 AM Well I wont be doing anything that isn't easily reversable, but I am going to do it up. I will be doing the HO swap, adding a shift kit, 4.10 Gears and many more things. But I will be keeping the original parts just in case. Quote Selected
