For a project i had in mind? run the Stock turbo into a T3/T4 in series ?

I want to keep the stock turbo get a boost contrller set it up higher and then get a after market turbo and hook in into the stock one and run them in series. Other mods i want to do later when i buy a TC make it into a 3.0, and a Cam, to it port the stock head, 4.11 gears, automatic shift kit, performance chip, headers,3" single exhuast system with a DC sports ler, upgrade the intercooler,Saleen spoiler and Cobra R wheels.

About this project main thing i want to know is does anyone forseer any probelms with this set-up? and last of all has it been done before?

1987 T-Bird AEROBIRD-GT had many many mods but is now totaled and is the car that made me want to start customizing everything all over again.

I've never heard of a 2.3T bored/stroked out to 3.0  only 2.5

Not too sure about two turbos,  don't think you'd want 'em different sizes.  I did see one 2.3 twin turbo, but it had the volvo DOHC swap done.

All you have there is a list of parts and an idea for a forced induction system that would be more complicated than need be for pretty much nil result.

Well I know that but...he doesn't even have a TC and he's going on and on about...something.

You can't make a 3.0 without a tall deck block, you don't want an automatic because they blow up, and a saleen spoiler won't really fit a thunderbird very well (and it'd be ugly anyway)

I was looking on Youtube.com and saw a SVO Mustang running 11s or 10s said it was a 3.0 but what parts do you need to make it into a 2.5 LITER.

And for the TC who makes the best Cold Air kits?>

Go to turboford.net and SEARCH!  There are a couple different ways to go about it, but I'm not going to do the research for you.

No one makes cold air kits for TC's.

The best person to make a cold air kit is you.

Get a couple 3" mandrel bends, some couplers and a filter, you can make one for less than $75.

Anyway, as I said you need a tall deck block to make a 3.0...which is out of production and the prices on ones that are still available are astronomical.

BTW that bird just looks wrong with that spoiler on it...blech.
