My '85 Tempo's wheel looked nothing like that - it looked just like the two-spoke base T-Bird wheel. I know a lot of early 90's Fords had a wheel with the big center because of the airbag (in fact, I'd venture as far as to say Ford only had one airbag wheel in the early 90's and used it in EVERYTHING), but that one looks fancier than the one I'm thinking of...
