Reply #141 – May 18, 2008, 04:24:20 PM If you want to see some really F*%cked up foreign films look for Takashi Miike's stuff like.Ichi The Killer Verrrrry weird more over the top violent than kill bill but its cheap campy and darkly funny in places. 3.5/5ImprintA part of the Showtime Masters of horror series about an American man looking for his Chinese love interest gets more than he bargins for when he buys the company of a woman for a night. 2/5Visitor Q This movie is morally wrong in all areas it touches on almost all shagual perversions but is definitely a dark comedy. 3.5/5 Quote Selected

Black is hilarious as usual and the kung fu kicked ass!!!I completely agree. Went and saw it at the theatre and even now my wife & I agree that it was one of the best movies we have seen this year.Jack Black was perfect for the role.Even if you don't have kids, it's worth seeing. After several years of nagging I finally got my wife to sit down and watch Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Rings on Saturday night. She is now hooked and we watched The Two Towers on Sunday night. We will finish it up this weekend. Quote Selected

I am a huge fan of Eastwood directed movies, Mystic River tops my list. Actually I want to see all of those you just listed. Last movie I saw was Micheal Clayton - 5/5. I'm such a sucker for those political/corporate crime dramas. Quote Selected

I was going to see Gran Torino but the whole theatre was full of blue hairs and it smelled! Imagine 100+ of them in one room.Anyway I returned my tickets and got underworld tickets. It was alright but mostly because we saw it on the ultra screen. Quote Selected
