Siren/alarm locations?

Where do you all mount your sirens in these cars? I know behind the clock works for a piezo (with a huge array of options for direction), but which other areas of the car are well hidden outside? Without taking body panels off (when I take my door back off for alignment, one will probably be mounted inside the fender but until then...)?

Getting ready to remount my current siren and mount an additional 129dB one elsewhere but don't know where, other than the engine bay, it would add to the overall quality of install. Its all on relays attached to a dei 0.7Ah and a 7.5Ah battery backup.

So long as the fender screws arent all rusted popping out the plastic inner fender isnt hard, that would be my first choice, otherwise there really isnt anywhere to hide them under the hood.

Behind the passenger side strut tower, under/behind the TAB/TAD solenoids works if the siren is below a certain size but thats the only good area I know of in there. What about the rest of the car? Any areas behind sheet metal that may work decent?

Well got them installed...and hooking up the second siren made both it, and my original siren, sound like itself...not as high pitched and just as loud. No idea why this is. The original is running straight off the alarm's siren wire while the other one and piezo are on a relay, getting power from the backup batteries.

Surprisingly, when arming, the piezo sounds the same as the other sirens but sounded different when powering it indoors on a power supply. Don't think I'm ever going to figure out why these are behaving like they are.

I'm not installed yet, but I guess I'll install the siren under the right fender or behind the front grill at the left or right of the grill, I'll decide this spring after the car will be repainted and before I'll go out for the summer...

Best regards...

Behind the grill isn't going to help prevent someone from cutting off your alarm(easy to get to from both under the hood and underneath), fender yes but a pain to get into. I actually want at least one more siren and two more piezos for some fun time. I figure at $3 each on ebay(GE brand none the less), and the large battery backup, I shouldn't have a problem. Best of all, it takes ME about an hour to get to my alarm module and I know exactly where its at, so there's no way a thief is going to get to it, nor will they be able to easily access any siren wires. Only visible wires (purposely) are ones I won't care about much - things like memory wire for stereo/clock/voltmeter that can be cut and it won't affect me any - just possibly blow a fuse.

Notes:
Stealth installs are great but can require extending a few wires (DO NOT extend remote start ignition wires if using it).

Piezo alarms draw like 1/4 the current as the larger sirens so adding many will not put much straight on your electrical, yet they can make being inside your car unbearable if installed in good locations (inside dash pointing out of different holes and in the rear deck - custom fabrication or use speaker grill openings)

I just wish there were good places to install external sirens other than the engine bay and fender, but I don't think there's any good choices.
