Modified 1988 Cougar LS for sale 5.0 HO, mass air, more!
Yup, finally selling my Cougar. Realized I will never have the time to do what I want to do with it, so it's time to move on. I have to take some new pics of it, and should have them up in a day or so. The paint is oxidized and looks like . The interior should be redone. I'm taking the stereo out. Somebody backed into it and put a crack in a front marker light, and a crack at the top of the nose.
The good things:
5.0 HO out of a 91 Stang
Mass Air conversion
AOD rebuilt approx 3,000 miles ago with high stall convertor & cooler
Maximum Motorsports caster/camber plates
8.8 traction lok rear from 88 XR-7 with 4.10's
turbines with Cougar centers & new tires all around
I've got a nice Turbo Coupe hood that will go with the car.
All have lots of spare interior parts, spare power seat tracks & motors, and lot's more to go with it.
Runs great and has great power!
I'll give it a week or so on here, and then it's going to eBay.
Car is located in Northeast Philadelphia.

Here are some pics. I decided not to wash it, so that you can see it at it's worst, oxidized paint and all. Also forgot to mention it's got the 130A alternator upgrade, new struts & shocks within the last year, TurboCoupe spindles, control arms, Mustang GT front calipers, Russell braided steel brake lines, true dual exhaust with a Mustang H-Pipe, K&N air filter, air silencer removed. Among the spare parts I'll be throwing in will be FlowMaster lers, another XR-7/TurboCoupe steering wheel (there's one on the car now), a couple of extra dash and console trims, an extra spindle, and much, much more!
Also, I have a bra for this that goes with the car. With the bra on, you can't notice the crack in the header panel.
Again, the car runs great and is very reliable.
I also installed a new heater core 2 weeks ago!!!
Make me an offer!
