X I need to know what this line is on my turbo it's on the horn and I don't know where it hooks up to

That line  goes to the breather on the valve cover

Thank you very much as you see it's broken off can I 're plumb it using rubber vaspooge line or do I need to find a oem

Yes you can use rubber hose
