Had the Turbo Coupe on the dyno. Reply #6 – May 08, 2012, 06:49:54 AM Yeah, py numbers, I was expecting better. Anyway turbo is out, getting ready to take apart and rebuild it, if it's worth rebuilding. It appears I was bleeding boost thru the the turbo, that would account for my low HP. Of course I don't think the car was fine tuned yet.......Next time I better have some better numbers.Oh and it was at 20 psi, probably 10 through the turbo and the other 10 through the motor LOL Quote Selected
Had the Turbo Coupe on the dyno. Reply #7 – May 09, 2012, 07:35:49 AM What are your turbo specs and cam ? The TR7 put down 288/320 with a stage 3 .60 T3/ TO4E Turbonetics and a mild re-ground Ranger roller cam with bone stock internals. Just new springs was all.You should do similar (if you have enough fuel). I also have big injectors and MS fuel/spark control. Quote Selected
