When it comes to the TV cable,and how important it is,$103.00 is a good price.Cheaper than a new or rebuilt tranny.

I saw a few on Ebay for about $70.00 for good used ones,and also,there are TV Cable corrector kits.

I just got it today. It's all pretty and new in it's bag;) I'll have to post up a pic later.

The part number is: E7SZ-7F042-A

It's the replacement part for an 87-88 T-bird/Cougar with a 5.0, AOD, and a column shifter.

i wonder if the ZZ # is for floor shift. that was the # given
in the 89 parts book for all 87-8 tbird and cougar w/aod.
could have been superceded? shouldnt make a difference
what shifter for a tv cable. hmm.

It could be. When we looked up the part at the Ford dealer the computer system asked if it was a floor of column shift. The ZZ number was for the floor shift and the SZ was for column shift.
