First I tell you if you don't have them start looking for small plastic rings that look close to those. They are in a tight area and you have to really look to seem them. Cut your thin metal to hold that plastic ring and onto the back of the bezel. Then I use Versachem plastic welding system part number 47809. It is made for plastic but will hold the metal too. That will hold it if the patten is messed up I'm not sure maybe pics of the damage would help. Eastwood used to make a kit to repair the plastic on the surface to match the grain and such.
