Looking at an 84 Tbird 302 car... Reply #3 – May 01, 2009, 08:54:54 AM On most of the early models seem to rust right behind the drivers rear wheel. I own one and I have seen many like mine. Being an 83-84 look at the dash pad. There isn't any replacements for it. Also look at the engine compartment frame rails. They tend to rust on lots of these cars. Just some ideas on things that are kinda known to go bad. Quote Selected
