man there are alot of fox cars around here that just go to waste. I wish there were more of you guys around here. I see about 50 every weekend at the junk yard. Most of which arent even wrecked. There is usally about 10 or so new ones every weekend with that many gone.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that crystal probably doesn't want another TC.  She just went through 2 of them.

crystal...

there is a grey on red 87 turbo coupe with like 120k on it in town for sale. i know it sat all winter under a car cover. the guy would have taken 1500 then, might take an offer 0f 1300-1400? maybe less cause your a chick. :dunno:  i know it needs the pop up sunroof repaired and maybe some small stuff but it ran pretty good and had no rot. it was also a 5 speed car. let me know if you might be interested and ill shoot over there and see if hes still selling it.

Worth a shot to see what he wants if you don't mind. If you could get his number for me I'll call him and talk to him.

The 85 will get fixed, so I'm just looking for something in the meantime I think. I'm really thinking of buying a POS $500 wagon, stripping the interior and using it to haul stuff around the next couple months since my access to a truck is severely limited now, then junking it when I'm back in business...
