adjustable upper and lower rear control arms will fit. The Fox cat/birds arms are longer, but adjusting them out will fit. The 79-93 tubular K member will bolt on with little modification. I was told that washers as spacers were needed to make it all line up correctly.

Not entirely true.  TBird/Cougar uppers are over an 1" longer and that is out of the realm of adjustment of most adjustable Mustang ones.  The lowers are close enough (3/8"-1/2") that adjustable Mustang ones will work.  There are vendors that make Tbird/Cougar-specific rear control arms.
There are SEVERAL threads that already discuss this.

Before discount, and thats just the lowers. you may want to go with the lower ajustable now in case you want to change ride hight now. because we all change are minds as we build.LOL,  As noted here if you use the ajustable with stock springs it will raise the rear!

I won't be lowering the rear of the Sport much at all....if any.I'm going to buy the set that Daminc bought and sell my bushings that I bought and let it be.I don't want it too low,in this part of the country,I need a little ground clearance. The front is my main problem.I can almost walk under the car.

I bought the black ones to match all the black underneath. I'm not into the flashy sort of thing. LOL
