so i did the mass air conversion today...

and i must say it makes quite the difference. now to get some gt-40p headers and fix the misfiring...:D

Why the misfire?

spark plug wires burning from the improper headers and arcing. :/

I used FMS shorties with "P" heads, but I had to use 90 & 135 degree boots. Still a very tight fit.
11.96 @ 118 MPH old 306 KB; 428W coming soon.

How long did it take to do the conversion?It took me a couple of hours,I pulled the harness from the car and did at the table.solder and heat shrink.Nice and permanent.

a couple of hours to splice in at the computer. i didn't get to solder everything yet. no extension cords. :/

Really? I have the FMS headers and FMS 9mm plug wires with 135* boots and they fit fine. I have to use a box end wrench on the spark plug socket to get the plugs out though :hick:
