Boring news for the Sport....

I just won an NOS trunk/glove box lock and key set for a Turbo Coupe.Nice.That'll go well with the NOS door locks and ignition tumbler set.I think I now have everything for the exterior that I can need....
-NOS black locks
-new black handles
-new 1/4 windows
-new emblems for the front fenders, trunk, and header panel (C-pillar emblems are nice already)
-New headlights,fog lights,and corner lights
-I restored the tail lights and will be restoring the front and rear window trim next week.

I'm really getting excited about being so close to actually completing the Sport. This month is 2 years since I brought the car home from the salvage yard.Looking back,it's hard to believe it came from a salvage yard.Crazy.

Hey Vman you could swing by and pick me up! Well that is if I can go too. The wife might frown down on me! LOL Anyhow its a trip that is for sure. Wish I could get that chance to go. Sounds like I'd be riding in a pretty nice ride. Keep up the work and slow down you are making me look bad. I've had mine for 9yrs now and I'm still not even close to done.

Hey,I still have work to do as well, but I've been working hard on it for 18 months.Starting with a salvage yard car was not the wisest decision, but,it is a Sport,VERY solid, and has been worth the effort now that I look back on it.I may or may not be at Cat Jam.Tough call at this moment.
