Reply #1 – July 12, 2007, 02:30:53 AM I've never heard of a 2.3T bored/stroked out to 3.0 only 2.5Not too sure about two turbos, don't think you'd want 'em different sizes. I did see one 2.3 twin turbo, but it had the volvo DOHC swap done. Quote Selected

Reply #8 – July 13, 2007, 09:14:31 AM Well I know that but...he doesn't even have a TC and he's going on and on about...something.You can't make a 3.0 without a tall deck block, you don't want an automatic because they blow up, and a saleen spoiler won't really fit a thunderbird very well (and it'd be ugly anyway) Quote Selected

There are a couple different ways to go about it, but I'm not going to do the research for you. No one makes cold air kits for TC's. Quote Selected

Reply #12 – July 15, 2007, 12:59:05 AM The best person to make a cold air kit is you.Get a couple 3" mandrel bends, some couplers and a filter, you can make one for less than $75.Anyway, as I said you need a tall deck block to make a 3.0...which is out of production and the prices on ones that are still available are astronomical.BTW that bird just looks wrong with that spoiler on it...blech.
