Oil mist coming out of dipstick Advice needed

I recently swapped another 2.3 engine because I had some problems with my last engine. I am having oil mist coming out of my dipstick while in park and reeving the engine. If under load more comes out I am not running a pcv valve just a breather. What could I do to fix this problem Im currently just running the turbo but with the supercharger oil mist comes out alot more also in idle. What can fix my problem any ideas? thanks

What do you have on the crankcase breather?  Are you running a breather on the v/c too?

It's obviously blow-by, but it could be aggravated by lack of crankcase ventilation.
