5.8/351 Hood Clearance July 19, 2007, 06:44:54 PM If I’m putting a 351 under my hood what kind of clearance issues am I going to have w/the hood it’s a turbo hood. And if I decide to go carb will I still have hood clearance issues.Oyea I’m using ChuckW MM does any one know if and how much they lower the motor. Quote Selected
5.8/351 Hood Clearance Reply #1 – July 19, 2007, 06:57:42 PM My 302 with the Trick flow intake and a 1 inch spacer clears with about another inch of room on my Turbo Coupe hood if that helps any. Quote Selected
