Dash cluster cover plate March 29, 2014, 10:43:04 AM Anyone have luck getting rid of haze on the supposed-to-be-clear cover plate that goes in front of the dash cluster? I used a mildly abrasive wax on mine yesterday and it laughed at me. I'm debating on picking up a headlight lens cleaning kit and giving it a shot. This plastic seems softer though so I'm leery. Dash cluster cover plate Reply #1 – March 29, 2014, 11:18:11 AM I have never tried this on the plastic so this is not a recommendation. This is just how I clean headlights. Buffing wheel, rubbing compound. It will scratch it/clean it. Then a coat of clear coat over it. Quote Selected
