It was literally full of hatred. No matter what I did, it would  on me. I tried to make improvements, it would  on me. Something would break, it would do anything it could to ruin my day. Great looking car. Beautiful, but a total be-yotch.

Sounds like my old Mark VII, I think it would've been happier if I just left it to rot in the field behind the body shop where I found it. :giggle:

Sounds like the blue car in the pic above. I found it at a shop selling used cars. It was just sitting in the back.....alone. Apparently by choice now that I look back on it.

I always liked the blue Sport Vinnie, but I can identify with having a vehicle that just seems to fight you.  My best friend had a Chevy truck we built up that he had owned since 16-17 years old.  It seemed like it was forever broken or causing problems...he finally sold it and never looked back.

The Blue one wasn't a Sport, just a base model 5.0 car. I swapped the dash, added a console and floor shifter, swapped the engine, tranny (3 times), exhaust, rear,  like that. I do NOT miss it at all. The Sport is awesome.

I had nothing to do with any hoods.....except the one for the Sport in the garage.

Nice pics, Vinnie. My '88 Sport was no pleasure trip either. I can elaborate further if the consensus here says so.

1996-97 Cobra wheel straight but weathered (For Sale)
84 TC manual shifter handle no  (For Sale)

BTW, I had a 1988 T-Bird Sport way back when. I found out that it was totalled shortly after trading it in. It still has the ignition switch recall to date.

Special thanx to EricCoolCats for showing me to this site.
