SN95 brake swap(ball joints)

I need clarification on some issues with swapping over to SN95 brakes. I've read up on the swap through CoolCats and will be sourcing all my parts from a 95GT to install on a 88 Sport. First question concerning balljoints - do the SN95 ball joints press into the stock control arm or do i swap out entire lower control arm? Second question - how do i go about replacing the inner tie rod ends if necessary? And last - I know I've read somewhere about changing out master cylinder and prop. valve, but what is the recommended bore size to run disk rear? Thanks guys...im just starting my mods so any help is greatly appreciated.

You can press in SN95 balljoints, stack hardened washers to a height of .330", or swap in an entire SN95 control arm.  Personally, I'd buy the 2003-2004 Cobra arms from Maximum Motorsports. They'll replace your worn out bushings with ones of higher durameter (stiffness), new balljoints, and a stamping that has increased clearance for deceased turning radius with big wheels

Hmm, your setup is somewhat ized.  The SN95  disc/caliper has a diameter of 10.8"/66mm.  Given some assumptions such as pad placement- for a given pedal pressure, the SN95 setup will apply 30% more torque to the wheel than the Fox setup. You'll definitely need a new prop. valve to keep the rears from being (more) useless.

Thanks for the info...one thing I didn't mention which probably had you asking " why is he doing that? is that I am using spindles and axles off the 95, however installing cobra brakes front and rear. Matt's site was a big help..had all the info I was looking for.
