I was always under the impression that a far eastern portion of Maine was on atlantic time like yourself.  Its only about a 3 mile section of land and I am not sure if they observe it or not.

Any time I've gone into ME was through the Calais crossing, which is on the eastern side of the state (almost on the Atlantic ocean), and when I crossed the border the time changed. There may be some islands on atlantic time, but I think the mainland is eastern...
