Why I like living where I do

Even if there are laws, someone has to actually catch you discharging the firearm.

A friend of mine came home with a couple of chicks we picked up one night and we thought it would be fun to show them how to shoot (yes, it was a really stupid thing to do). At 1AM we took a pistol and rifle and blasted away several clips off the side deck (I had no neighbors in that direction at the time). Someone called the cops and he came and asked if we were firing weapons. We said no (:rollin: ) even though he knew we were. He just said "don't do it again" Similar to the warnings I've received for shooting off fireworks on July 4th (in this case he said "wait 'till I'm down the street before finishing off your fireworks.") I suppose dragging a dead deer over the snow toward your house might be considered "incriminating" evidence :rollin:

Uh-huh.

My next door neighbor had a moose hanging from a tree in his front lawn near the road. No hiding that. I had never seen one fully stretched like that before - must have been 12-15 feet long!!
