As long as a lockup converter is retained, it's really no different than O/D in the AOD... The 5speed should give a mpg or so improvement, due to less internal drag...

in rush hour traffic with 20 plus hours of cruising to do...  i think i would rather have the aod for that....  I know my dad would prefer that too.;) and he is my co pilot, so when I get tired he will be driving... we both have to be comfortable.
