power steering pump Reply #2 – August 27, 2007, 08:43:54 AM That would really depend on witch part is messed up. If the fitting on the pump blew out you need a pump. If the fitting that is on the line blew out then you need a line. Unless either one blew out due to it being loose. Then you might be able to just reinstall it. Never know kinda need to get in there and dig around and find what you really need. Either way you might just want to get a new hose while you are in there working. The hoses are the weak link.
