Maybe the torque converter is staying locked?

Is not the torque converter because my tranny and converter are 8 months old and this vibration has been there before i changed the tranny

its the engine struggling to make power
It's Gumby's fault.

Does it stop vibrating if you just take your foot off the brake?
It could be a vacuum leak in the power brake booster.

when i took the brake pedal off is not so bad but have to press the gas pedal a little so it stops the vibration

Mine does the same thing. And when in gear and holding the brake it idles about 500 rpms. If I bump it up to 900-1000 rpms it stops and doesn't shake anymore.
