Drivetrain Tech / (95 Probe) transmission problem
the day after the new year my sister got in her car started it shifted and it wouldn't move.. we had it hauled to where we had the trans replaced with a refab at summit transmission, she gets it home today and complains about no acceleration what-so-ever so i check it out i hear a high pitched winding sound.... like bald tires on ice (we all know what that sounds like :disappoin ) so i tell my mom to take it out, she gets no farther than 3 minuetes away from the house..... she comes walking back to get my sister and i and we push the car back to the house, tranny shifts but in every gear all it does is wind it revvs it doesnt move they said they fixed it but i dont trust them..... what is the prognosis    Dr. Fox?

uhhhh you might need spark plugs and plug wires..... but thats just my two cents

(my car stopped running cause it was acting like that new ignition fixed that..... distributor cap, rotor ,cheap plug wires, and motorcraft spark plugs...)

okay heres the scoop..... foot all the way as hard as i can push it.... and still mooving.... pads are good just bleeded it..... blargh , what might be wrong? master cylender....? calipers? :dunce:

thats all that i want to run in my engine all msd stuff the trickflow track heat kit and a rebuilt 302 block ;)

what do you run at the strip?im guessing low17's?

my mom owns a 91 cougar with a 3.8 v6 and wed were driving it today and it veers to the left really bad, we had balljoints put in, tires are bald but fine.... its either struts or.... rack and pinion  :dunno:  what do you think it is?
