Looks like you have more than enough to fill 12 months' worth. I had a car in the past two Cougarnuts calendars so I should probably sit this one out. Thanks anyway.

Well one, this board isn't Bird nor Cougar only and since the calendar is based off of the Birds/Cats here, I think it is very appropriate to keep that theme going with a single calendar. Would that make my life easier? Sure. I hate leaving out cars in the calendar (because there are WAAAAY more good looking cars here than I antited!), but I look at it this way. There's just more to choose from next time. :)

B. There is already a Cougar only calendar (as mentioned in the first couple of posts) and it didn't do so well. Why make a repeat of something that is already out there?

And triangle. That is just too much work for me. That's 36 high-res layouts, 3 covers, and billion pics to deal with. Not to mention all the font, shape and brush searching I'll be doing. To do it the right way, this will be a very time consuming project. Something I can definately use more of.

That's a very nice layout of Hawk's car.

Idea, you are going for mostly modded cars correct. By the list of permissions you have, you clearly have more than enough.
so why not keep this calandar on track being mostly modded cars and say next year, focus on the mostly factory stock cars?

By the way, what does the "*" mean after someones screen-name?

As of right now, most of the cars are modded, but there are a couple stockers in there. It's really coming down to who's car is more "photogenic". And that typically sways towards those who have modded their cars. It is also coming down to who can supply the best pics. Not everyone has a great digital camera and not everyone knows how to take good pics. I asked for more than enough cars just for that reason and to arrange the best "overall" mix of birds and cats. Plus not everyone wants to be or is not able to be in the calendar. There are so many variables involved that the shear numbers does not gaurantee (sp?) a successful calendar. So I encourage everyone to continue to send in their pics or just granting permission.

Glenn's layout really looks awesome because he takes really good hi-quality pics and he has a badass ride. :D Those make him a shoe-in. As with Eric's car. They really have good examples to go by.

The names with the asterisk is my way of keeping up with the cars that may be used for the monthly spreads. The rest will be on the cover. I still need more cars for that.

Next year we could do that, but honestly there will be enough modded cars leftover to do another calendar. But we've got a whole nother year to plan for that one. :)

Since I was with Ric that day...I can vouch for the authenticity of the photo. And the fact that they volunteered to put butt prints on our cars.
