It's just not worth it.  I've already made one and the sales stunk.  Not even everyone in the calendar bought one...

Hey David, if we wanted our own calendar, could we just go straight to Cafepress individually with 12 pictures or is there some sort of quantity minimum?

I'll have to get a few more pics of mine for ya.  I only have the old profile one.  I'll see it again this weekend so I'll get the shots.  Any particular shots you lookin for?  Oh and if you use mine....I'll shell out the dough to get one.  Can't pass up any kind of publications for my cars.

With cafepress you can make just one calendar if you so desired. No quantity limitation. There is no money invested, unless you want to upgrade your store, and people basically buy directly from the publisher so they only print as many orders as they recieve. So the only thing really invested is your time.
 
I'm going to make a calendar. But from what it sounds like is everyone likes the idea, but no one wants to fork over the dough. So I'm going to create one based on my artistic tastes, and if anybody wants one I can post the linkage. If it's a success, then maybe next year we can do the whole voting thing.
 
But I can still use car selections. If you know of or have a sweet bird or cat let me know. I need the owners contact information though. That is most important.
