Amen to that.

It's just not worth it.  I've already made one and the sales stunk.  Not even everyone in the calendar bought one...

Hey David, if we wanted our own calendar, could we just go straight to Cafepress individually with 12 pictures or is there some sort of quantity minimum?
"lol.. because not too many people care for that style of car"

With cafepress you can make just one calendar if you so desired. No quantity limitation. There is no money invested, unless you want to upgrade your store, and people basically buy directly from the publisher so they only print as many orders as they recieve. So the only thing really invested is your time.

I'm going to make a calendar. But from what it sounds like is everyone likes the idea, but no one wants to fork over the dough. So I'm going to create one based on my artistic tastes, and if anybody wants one I can post the linkage. If it's a success, then maybe next year we can do the whole voting thing.

But I can still use car selections. If you know of or have a sweet bird or cat let me know. I need the owners contact information though. That is most important.

Ok, I need to keep track of who's permission I have and don't have. If you want to give me permission to use your car just say so and I'll add you too the list. :D

On the cover page I want to do a collage of images. So the more the merrier. I think. :D And I need some more nice looking cougars because besides Eric's all the rest are black. lol.

I will contact everyone when I am ready for the hi-res pics and your vehicle stats. As of right now I am still browsing through all the choices. :)

I know mine is stock, but feel free to use it if you want.  I'll get you some high res shots in few days if you want to use it.  I must say the unified layout with multiple shots means that I will definately be buying one of these.  I liked the Cougarnuts one and even got a small picture in it, but it wasn't quite cool enough for me to justify the money.

I'll have to get a few more pics of mine for ya.  I only have the old profile one.  I'll see it again this weekend so I'll get the shots.  Any particular shots you lookin for?  Oh and if you use mine....I'll shell out the dough to get one.  Can't pass up any kind of publications for my cars. ;)

Sweet, I need more cougars. Thanks. I need one really good shot of your car at its best angle, then a couple of the outside at various angles and an interior shot and engine shot. so at least 6 pics total.

If I remember correctly david wasn't there an issue with the margins on the calender's and how the picture was centered?
