Ok I guess I'll go along with the crowd on this one although its a little old here's me about a year ago only difference is the hairs longer now. I about bought a hot neon pink Warlock a year ago, should have, was only 250, but needed serious neck work, was warped to beat hell

What year Fairlane is that, look's like a '65...

I still want either a Gibson Thunderbird (go figure), or an all black SG, kinda like the Goth style they had a coupla years ago....
Got a Squier Strat right now, last Fender/Squier I'll EVER own.
Had a really nice Fernandes Retrorocket Elite, was at a bud's house, tuning up the Strat, had the Retro sitting next to me on a stand, when it popped, like a string broke, only the strings were all intact.
Turned out the truss rod in the neck broke/stripped.
shame, that was the best guitar I had owned.

NO! NO! NO! I have both and I rather play the SG anyday. A much nicer guitar, more comfortable, easier access to the neck, and not a lot of difference in the sound, since they use the same pickups. I'd say SG all the way. You need to play the SG again Dude!
