Those wheels have always stuck out on the front like that and they've been on it since 1992. It's just the wrong back spacing I guess.

Thanks! I bought a set of the clear headlight covers and had the decals of the Bird emblem made in reverse. Then I stuck it to the inside of the covers and painted over them. Once they dried I peeled the decals and that's what I got.
