Re: Good for a laugh at our expense? Reply #15 – December 15, 2004, 10:45:27 AM Huzzah! Found the corded sander, and even discovered a fresh pack of 220-320-400 wet-or-dry that I picked up awhile back and promptly forgot about. Quote Selected

Re: Good for a laugh at our expense? Reply #22 – December 15, 2004, 05:25:35 PM Topped out at 60 today, which I'm sure some of you would kill for right about now. :pGot most of the right front quarter panel sanded with 220.. and yep, stupid me, I was out there with the hose again, trying to flush more out of the upper intake. I suppose this means Crystal gets to hit me now. :p Quote Selected

Re: Good for a laugh at our expense? Reply #24 – December 23, 2004, 12:11:29 AM -40 C = -40 F, so it's a pretty good indicator either way.Our weather fluctuates so much. It was like low 36/high 59 (F) the other day, and tomorrow it's probably going to be low 66/high 80. (F) I wish it would stay on the cool side longer. Maybe not as cold as that, though. :pStrangely, my biggest complaint is that it never "feels" like winter for long anymore. I think it used to be like 60s for the highs all winter. Now we get these crazy-assed spikes one way or another for 3 months, and then back to "summer". The cold, to me, is a novelty that I'd like to experience more, and I just figured some of you way up north would get a laugh knowing that many (probably most) of my fellow Floridians whine up a storm on days like that. Re: Good for a laugh at our expense? Reply #25 – December 23, 2004, 08:43:59 AM I know what you mean about the fluctuations, Bird351 - just look at our temperature range over the next few days. It's no wonder our roads are all heaved and cracked to hell: Quote Selected
Re: Good for a laugh at our expense? Reply #26 – December 23, 2004, 12:03:49 PM Now this is messed up. It's dropping 34*c (61*f) between Christmas Eve and Boxing day. I'm so glad this is my last winter here. And we're expected to be in the single digit minus' in the new year. :wtf: Quote Selected
