At this time in 1992, it was easy to steal a Cell info with only a scanner and a sound card....  :grinno:

The only part that concern me (a lot) was the HAM Radio section...  :2gunsfiri

Imagine... most of Amateur Radio have the "M.A.R.S. MOD" (Millitary And Radio Service) on their radio... (Im one of those!)

Anyways... who want to listen to Cell phone anyway except those with malicious intention....??  :dunno:  :screwy:

All my Radio are M.A.R.S Modded...
I Worked as a Security agency patroler couple of years ago and I didnt want carry and use the big py brick radio they gave to everyone.... so I was using MY radio... ;)

Imagine if i go travel to states to get my Ham Radio seized by public Security services after I passed a qualification test approved by the FCC (Industrie Canada is the equivalent here...)

Thats goood the ARRL thinks about it....  :deal:
