The OFFICIAL Model Car Thread! Reply #160 – January 31, 2006, 10:23:20 PM Dude try to find the macro button. It's the one with the little tulip next to it. Those pics are way out of focus. Makes it hard to see those nice models. Quote Selected
The OFFICIAL Model Car Thread! Reply #161 – January 31, 2006, 10:37:57 PM macro button? I have no idea what that is Quote Selected
The OFFICIAL Model Car Thread! Reply #162 – January 31, 2006, 10:40:07 PM Most digital cameras have that feature. It allows the lens to focus on objects that are very close to it so you can get nice clear pictures of things like models, plants, bugs, etc. And the button usually has a small tulip icon next to it. The OFFICIAL Model Car Thread! Reply #164 – March 02, 2006, 01:02:29 AM Time to start this thread back up!!! Here's my first COMPLETED model of 06! It's an old (1986 issue) 1956 TBird model, TC'd out! I hacke the front subframe and added on TC suspension, modded the UCA's on the 8.8 and it dropped right in, custom built dual-exhaust from the turbo-back, dropped in a TC dash and seats (and shifter), added in a TC motor, WAY lowered it in, TC rad with fans, made the scoop functional, and detailed her out. Also removed the Continental kit. It's painted 99cent Wal-Mart red (for some reason that red really works well on models, and accepts wax too!). Only took me 10 months to build the thing!!!
