Computer in car....

The neg is notted with a - through it.
up and down on the right side are 1-10 and 11-20 on the left.
I Have actually accompilished all of the things need to correctally set up a computer in a car. I have sucessfully splice 5.1 from a computer to a car radio,  set a computer to work on a regular tv monitor(using tv out)and got a wirelss mouse and keyboard. The only thing that I am stuck on is the power supply. Does anyone know what voltage the ground is run on?. I am thinking that it has to be 3.3v because I cannot find a 3.3v neg. wire. Also what voltage is the power okay and power supply on voltage run at?  This is just a quick imitation of the info that I have right now.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

would it help any if I mentioned that this is the 20-pin power supply connector to the mother board. I just need to know what voltage to run the ground at.

have you tryed contacting the faq for the motherboard, or even the maker of the box that the power supply came in? i dont know any numbers off hand. the only thing i can think of besides that is hook it up in the computer and use a meter to find out.

I remember doing something like this once, well at least just the plans for it. But I was quickly told by many car audio people that I would need a DC-DC inverter because a computer power supply supply much cleaner power than can be found in a car and the voltage spikes and such that are present in a car can damage the motherboard and other components like hard drives.
