New bolt on for brothers car November 14, 2004, 10:32:05 PM Helped my brother pick this baby up last night, can you say DSS Viper T-56 fitted for a ford 302. http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/3/web/555000-555999/555080_75_full.jpghttp://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/3/web/555000-555999/555080_76_full.jpgHe got the cross member, hurst shifter, bell housing, 4 inch Dynotech aluminum drive shaft, and Centerforce clutch with the T-56 all in one package from the guy I bought my 92 LX from. http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/3/web/555000-555999/555080_70_full.jpgDSS has yet to have anyone brake this transmission since they been selling them from what I heard. This is gonna make for a sweet combonation for him, ATI 15 psi charger on 347 topped with AFR's. Easily one of the fastest cars I ridden in. Burned the tires at 70 mph screwing around the other day. This trans should bring his MPH up on his quarter times. Quote Selected

I have asked around and I am getting a 50/50 response on whether or not a T-56 can be fairly easily put in an 88 Cougar. Quote Selected
