Wtd: 1984 Cougar/T-Bird Radio Panel

Looking for a good, unbroken 1984 radio panel with the electronic radio option (not the 2-post holes) and no System Sentry. Don’t need an ’83 panel, must be for an ’84.

I know, this is a longshot but would appreciate any leads. TIA

I'll look what I have, I know I have a few spares.  What is the difference between an 83 and 84?

1983 panels feature a chome surrounding ring with gloss black center area.
1984 panels have a flat silver surrounding ring and flat black center area.

Very subtle but I’m trying to be as correct as possible. ;)

Unfortunately, I think the one I have is the 2-post style WITH the System Sentry.

Thanks for checking Chuck. If I can’t find a correct one, I’ll either use a 1983 panel with no System Sentry, or use an ’84 panel with the Sentry. Haven’t decided yet.

I didn't realize the difference, thanks for pointing that out.  I'm all for being as correct as possible too.

I have a 84 electronic but it's with the Sentry lights on top. I know I have more so I'll keep looking.  Pretty sure one is an 83 with the 2 post so that won't be of much help.

in your networking with the 83-86 coug  guys,

you gotta find someone who wants this perfect "METAL" grille i have.

i found it a clingers in reading pa when i took a road trip vaca with justin a couple years ago.

i hate having this grille when i know someone else may want it,, apparently they are ultra rare.
