Work is in progress.  I'll post my parts list once everything gets here and I verify it's correct.  I'm also taking detailed notes and pictures and may make a how to for anyone wishing to tackle this job themselves in the future.

Been following this thread and wanted to say "Thank You" for the great information.
The ride height of my 87 Turbo Coupe is 26.5" from ground to fender lip in the front and 27" in the rear.
5 lug conversion, disc brakes came from a 88 LSC.
Front struts are KYB, rear and axle dampers are Monroe Gas Magnum.
Tires are Goodyear F1, 245 45 ZR17. Rims are 17x9.
Using Turbo Coupe springs and CHE upper and lower rear control arms.
Front steering rack is 14-1.

The 5 lug conversion was done by the previous owner.

I've never had any tire wear issues. Just have to be careful when turning into a angled driveway or hitting a speed bump.
Car is a little hard riding, which I prefer, and handles great in the corners as long as the tires are warm. No lean at all.

As far as I know they are not.  You can still get the bushings that install into the ears on the rear end and they go nicely with some new aftermarket double adjustable UCA's.
