Twin turbos July 15, 2005, 01:32:26 AM I finally got my twinturbo 5.0 running good. After purchasing the Anderson Formotorsport PMS sysyem I was able to tune to perfection. Is Amazing how much power you can get from a stock 5.0 with 10 psi of boost. I just have to keep my foot out of the pedal so this block will last for more than one summer. The best part is I spent around 3000$ or so in making my own turbo kit and now I will not even be worryed about a vett or a viper next to me as long as thier not running any power adders. I have around 8-10 grand in my car that can take on a 50-60 grand viper or a 30-40 grand vett. ethier way It does not take alot of money to go fast just some tools and enginuity. I almost want to throw a turbo on my winterbeater bird. That would be one hell of a sleeper. Dont be fooled by the rust around the wheel wells. :D Quote Selected

Re: Twin turbos Reply #2 – July 15, 2005, 08:19:01 AM Good job Andrew. I'm always more impressed when someone builds something themselves...and even more so when they can do it an make it look god in the process. Quote Selected

Re: Twin turbos Reply #6 – July 15, 2005, 07:50:02 PM Awesome!!! You have a great car there. It is also more rewarding knowing you built your machine rather than getting out your wallet and driving it home. I would like to see a vette owner take his family to the park with a cooler full of food and drinks. lol Good work. Quote Selected
