PC1 ECU and my troubles with car

Hi, are you able to help me identify, which Ford used PC1 ECU for which production year? I have PC1 in my 85 T-Bird TC, but I'm not sure, if it's the original one, because this chart shows, that PC1 ECU should come from SVO Mustang, not T-Bird (and is programable as a bonus). I found some Mustang EVTMs and the ECUs have different pinout or components each year of production.
I'm going to grab the ECU from my red bird tomorrow and test it in the silver bird. I'm doing this, because I have a strange problem. When I drive calm (2000 RPM on 4th gear for example) and suddenly floor the gas pedal, the engine starts to hesitate and AFR goes lean (15 - 18:1). When I stop the car and take off from 0 with floored gas, the engine runs great and AFR is rich as it should be (<12:1) and it stays OK when I keep it reving. It takes some time for troubles to show up after spirited driving. It doesn't matter, if the engine is hot or cold, calm driving always causes this problem to show up.
I've already checked probably all sensors and they are fine. EGO isn't connected, there is a wideband sensor in its original location. Mileage is reasonably good (20 - 30 MPG, depending on how hard I drive).

Well, PC1 ECU is the problem. When I swap ECU to PK1 from my red Bird, all issues disappear.

-> Another motivation to buy new standalone ECU like Megasquirt.

PC1 is the 86 TC/manual ECU. (Small VAM, 35# injectors)  I've run one.

What injectors does the '86 have? The 85's had green tops (30#) the 86's had brown tops (35#).

OK, found what I was looking for.  PC1 is a 85.5-86 TC ECU.  PK1 is from a Merkur. Both are small VAM/brown top injector cars. Early 85TC's had green tops and the same ECU as the 83-84TC.

P-series should be swappable with no issues. The pinouts are the same.

PK1 is from 86 TC with automatic transmission (red Bird).
Silver Bird is M/T car, model year 86, made in october 85.

Injectors are brown, if I remember correctly.

I trust that list I posted in regards to applications, over the link you posted. That has been compiled on turboford.org, the site that is home to the experts on the 2.3T. I know a PC1 ECU is an 86TC MT ECU, not an SVO one. Those are ZBA's(84) and PE's(85.5-86). I also swapped one into my '84XR7 and beat the ever-loving snot out of it on a pretty build engine, so they're solid.

Regardless, both the PK1 and the PC1 are small VAM/brown top injector ECUs, so there should be no real differences in performance or drivability.  It's possible that there is an internal issue with your PC1. Have you swapped it to the other car to see how it performs there?

I'm not aware of what mods either car has, which could make a difference.

Also, seeing as one is for a manual car, and the other is for an auto car, there are going to be some minor differences in the fuel and spark maps. Depending on mods, you could be running into some issue there.

PK1 works fine in M/T car. No lean conditions at all.

AFR seems to be very similar through all power range as the PC1 (except that lean condition when going easy on gas). I'm assuming there might be some issue with spark advance or injector timing. I'm going to build a multi channel datalogging unit to find the issue. Even if I don't expect to be able to fix the ECU I would like to know, what's wrong.
