1983 Tbird with '03 Split Port V6 motor swap done! Headers, dual exhaust, 500CFM Edelbrock, 3G upgrade, Electric fan. 3.73 Gears and an FRPP Limited Slip. Five lug complete! 5-Speed conversion complete! Standalone Fuel Injection in progress...

Didn't love the quip about it "not being shagy like a '67 Cougar"...no taste. Noooo taste. Effin' philistines, the whole LOT of 'em. :P

Aside from the Mustang crinkle headers, still looks like it's only 150 HP...

Great to finally see the recognition!  Congrats Greg.  It seemed unimaginable consistant 9.20's for 5 days barely recieved a mention prior to this, as well as missing out on quickest Ford Powered vehicle because it was a Mercury? 

Ah well, the first year of anything is a huge learning curve.  And having the car put together for more than a week prior to the event should make a difference this year too!

I got a buddy who competes in Drag Week with his Z06.  I wish I could see the look on his face when a FoxBody Cougar runs him.  Very Cool!
