I did not mean to point a finger at the Mods. I do respect yall. In the thread about the drowned Cougar, you yourself mentioned how it was refreshing that Tom did not post a pic of his non-cougar/T-Bird high dollar cars. A couple posts later, and Bam! This went all over me. His behavior has not changed, even though Mods have warned him time and time again. Tom knows his stuff, but this rude behavior can not continue whether he means to be that way or not.

Going to take a short break for awhile !!!!
As far as ignoring/blocking him, I just can't do that and don't feel that I should have to.........the problem is him,not me!!!

Many times this guy has claimed he is going to "Bail" and he always returns and the cycle starts all over again !!!!
So I think I have been more than patient ,hoping he would change his ways (no Dice)..................I just don't like the way he treats others on this forum
and has been aloud to get away with it,but it appears that will be changing!!!!

As far as anyone who enjoys his company and doesn't want to see him leave,I have no problem going elsewhere !!!!

This is one of the best forums out on the internet,that covers these cars,that's the reason I tolerated him for as long as I could!!!

Consider the cycle broken. Next time he steps out, he's gone. I've let him get away with far too much, and let him piss off and drive away far too many members, and for that I apologise.

All mods reading this are now officially authorized to delete his threads, posts, pictures, whatever it takes to keep the peace. Nope, it's called take 'em out back for a attitude adjustment... One or the other will see the light...

Now if it's the boss, well I was never in that situation... I was usually putting out fires started by the other techs, as long as the customers were happy, management was happy...

Of all the boards I've been a member or just surfed through, NONE allow members to continually stir up problems... Generally there is a warning and then a week or maybe month suspension, three strikes will result in permanent ban... Some aren't that lenient...

You sir, get 5 gold stars, 2 internets, and a way to go for that post.

Although I've treated him like the Truman show, I wanna see what he says next,  I applaud your decision. His wealth of "knowledge" is sadly over powered by his lack of tact and constant bragging. I find it hard to believe he acts this way in person.  Although, if he does then the fine folks of Connecticut need to shop out their auto repairs for a more open minded mechanic.
