Turn signals and reverse lights don't work.

I just got a 87 turbo coupe, today was the first day I've drove it and found out the turn signals and reverse lights don't work.  I've checked the fuse, it's good, the bulbs are good,  just don't have turn signals or reverse lights.

Well the backup lights and the turn signal flasher are both powered through fuse 5.
With your test light, check both test points on fuse 5 with the ignition switch in "RUN".
TP's = off and off, the problem is up stream toward the ignition switch.
TP's = on and off, the fuse is bad. (it may eyeball good).
TP's = on and on, the problem is down stream toward the turn signal flasher.
