kinda lowered the TC today Reply #18 – May 23, 2013, 05:28:31 PM Do stock shocks work fine with those springs? I use air shocks on the back, and wonder if I would be able to keep them. Quote Selected

kinda lowered the TC today Reply #20 – May 23, 2013, 06:39:20 PM I'm in. Looking for springs. Quote Selected
kinda lowered the TC today Reply #21 – May 23, 2013, 10:09:42 PM the springs i used were just some plain old v6 1999 mustang springs i had left over when i lowered my mustang a few years ago. so you should be able to find some dirt cheap in the boneyard. Quote Selected

kinda lowered the TC today Reply #25 – May 26, 2013, 09:41:24 PM So since you can use v6 or v8 springs in the back. Can you run sn95 springs on the front? Asking because i have a lead on a nice set of v6 springs. Quote Selected
kinda lowered the TC today Reply #26 – May 26, 2013, 10:00:54 PM i have heard you can run the mustang springs in front, but it gets really low, probably have to run a tire under 26" tall. Quote Selected
kinda lowered the TC today Reply #27 – May 27, 2013, 06:47:39 AM I do have SN-95 springs up front. They work great, not too low. I have 255 40 17's up front, zero issues at all. Quote Selected
kinda lowered the TC today Reply #28 – May 29, 2013, 11:05:47 AM That is a perfect ride height, looks really nice! The 99 stangs have a lot of good parts to rob if you ever find one at a pick a part. The 4r70w trans from a 1999 and up V6 Mustang is a good trans to put behind a 5.0. I also love the dash in those cars. Quote Selected
kinda lowered the TC today Reply #29 – June 08, 2013, 01:46:16 PM Inspired, I went to LKQ today and picked up a pair of 03 Mustang rear springs. $32.25 out the door, up to the shop and...The front looks higher, but it's all in your head. The front tires are 3 sizes smaller (temporarily) so the wheel well looks higher, it's just less full. 2001 V8 springs front (new), 2003 V8 springs rear (used). Quote Selected
