I think I took off about 6 years of grease off my chassis yesterday. I found out the fastest way to take it off is to take off parts. Rack and pinion is off and I'm still working on the oil pan. Sure wish I had a lift like some of you do!

We have guys running 400+ inch strokers here in Houston with super charges passing emissions.  Your tuner and a switch chip is your friend in those cases.

I would not ask the DMV a question one.  No sense in getting them on the hunt and tipping them off something is in the car.  Start checking out the local Mustang websites and ask those guys what they are doing to get their cars to pass.  On the stock cars with mild mods my bet is a good tune up and they take the car out for about an hour prior to the sniffer test so the cats are nice and hot.
