first time ever racing on a track...

car set up stock 302 with explorer heads an a E-cam weind intake an 850 double pumper carb. carb is way to big but didnt change it was last minute thing when i decided to go to track.

stock TC rear on 255 street tires

trans is a C4 reverse manaul valve body 3500 stall nitrous convertor.

first pass ever

It's hard to beat a weiand stealth intake when it comes to carb'd small block fords. Great first pass...I bet with more gear, slicks and smaller carb dialed in, you'd be pushing 12's.

Was that at E-town or Atco?

My buddies were in the staging lanes on that pass. Me n the civic was my first pass the car had a turbo n drag radials. I beat him passed him at the 60ft mark n never looked back

Plan to is to get it fixed asap n possibly upgrade the cam to little bigger one. Gonna possibly run it on 26x10slicks I am thinking mid 12's wit the e303 cam. Car still set up for spray wit a nitrous converter
