I can't remember if it was this board, or the sleazy board days. I paid for an h-pip, waited a bit, and vinne made up for it. I never really got the whole story, but I came out good in the end. Sad thing, I still have the h-pip, and I still haven't used it. I think its been about 8 years now. I paid for it with 18 year birthday money and I'm 25 now.

Shame302.......I DID have a matter that I dealt with. I've never hid it. Was VERY open about it so people would know. Myself and another individual (who had access to parts I didn't), decided to sell parts together, and split the money. I sold parts, he pulled them and gave them to me when he had what I was looking for to sell. He took off, no parts, no money, and I was left holding the bag.....of no parts to ship, and no funds. I went out, found the parts that were obligated to people (took the H-pipe from my car), and made things right with everyone. I have the highest feedback here on the forum, and make sure every deal is handled, and if a part was bad....which is rare .....sent replacements. I've even sent parts, that through loose communication, were wrong, and when I found out, I sent replacements, without asking for a return on the first piece. I can't even tell you how many free parts I've sent out because I was just able to. I do what I have to do, I have always treated people right. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here, and have the reputation I have here. Very few members here have NOT done business with me.

Thanks. I don't want it to turn bad. Just to get this done. I'm really good at apologizing if I need to. If I'm wrong, then I'll make sure all here know it. Fair is fair, and it's the right thing to do.

I'm glad you opened it back up. He did the same thing to me. Only I got lucky, the friend who's paypal account he had me send the money to stepped after I filed a dispute and refunded my money. Im glad I paid through paypal! Here's the link, he also went by a different name then and rejoined under his current one. I'm not trying to rehash anything but this is way to simular to what happened to me. I know alot of you think he's a good guy and he might be, but when I get burned by someone it's hard for me to trust them again. And this just reinforces the way I feel about him.

Any time I buy or sell something I ask for a phone number or provide one. I want to be able to talk to the person, and I only use paypal. Buyer protection works pretty well.

If he hoses Vinnie then I don't think he is going to have much love from anyone around here.  Vinnie is a has been great to deal with in the few things I've been involved with him on.
