Most likely going to be fully their fault.  I had a green and they decided to turn across traffic, even though they couldn't see what was coming.
.

I tried same back in the mid 70s, needless to say it was my fault... Totaled a '69 Dodge company van(he he wasn't mine).. Big ole Chevy Kingswood  s/w caught it at the RR wheel, which spun it end for end and it tipped over on it's side... Was still running, I turned off the ign switch to kill it...

Sux about the 'lvo, glad everyone was OK...

Glad everyone is ok, that Volvo must be a pretty solid car. You plan on keeping it or junking it?

Definitely worse. I'm putting an engine in ours next week. Hateful little cars.

Couple more pics of the bent car.

The second one shows that the front of the car is definitely tweaked.  There is normally about 1/2" or so between the master cylinder and the strut tower.

So are you going to try to throw it on the frame machine or just get what you can out of it and mourn the loss?

It'll be stripped.  I'll have less effort swapping parts into another one than I would trying to get this one straight again.
