is it 2.5" pipe?

it is the standard off of a 1987 Mustang (don't know the size, I am not there for a few days) and like it says on the site I am open to offers.

Shipping itself is in the neighborhood of 55$. Don't know when I will have time to take it to UPS (if they will take it) so maybe around 100$ for the time and packaging and all that
